To save word document you need to ..

1. Click ‘Office Button’, and then click ‘Save As’.

2.Now you will see the ‘Save As’ dialog box. Click on the ‘Save as type’ list

3. Your screen should look like this.

In the ‘File name’ box, type a name of the file you want to save.
In the ‘Save as type’ box, select the type the file that you want to save.
Then click ‘Save’.
